Mission Statement - To celebrate the incredible talent of the Sheppard/Weir fans of Stargate: Atlantis, we now present our annual fan awards! These awards focus exclusively on the relationship of Colonel John Sheppard and Dr. Elizabeth Weir (UST/RST, friendship or romance). Nominees include both fanfiction and artwork. Fanfics of all genres, types, and ratings were welcomed. Multimedia -- including drawings, photo-based artwork, wallpapers, website designs, and music videos -- were welcomed. We had 26 categories, over 250 pieces nominated, and 30 winners! Come, recognize and celebrate the creativity of those Sparky fans! Who Are We? - The Sheppard/Weir Fan Awards team members were a group of fellow fans that volunteered their time to make this a reality. We had 20+ dedicated members, and one mod - Irony_Rocks. For a list of those who volunteered, you can check out the profile of our behind-the-scenes community where all the glamour and chaos happened. (Small Note: Irony_Rocks, as head mod, removed herself from any and all nominations.) Membership for both communities are closed, but feel free to watch this community for updates!
